Our number one priority is to make functional and dependable outdoor products and provide great customer service. If you are not satisfied with any Big Agnes product at the time you receive it, return it to the place of purchase for a full refund. If one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, contact Big Agnes.
All Big Agnes products are guaranteed against manufacturing or material defect. Items will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Big Agnes. If replacement product is not available credit will be given for the original purchase price when returned with a receipt. We do not warranty products damaged from normal wear and tear, alteration made by owner, misuse, accidents or damages caused by uses other than intended.
Big Agnes Repairs
As part of our Re-Routt™ Program we encourage customers to send in their damaged Big Agnes gear for repair. Our repair services offer an inexpensive option for a permanent repair that will last for the long haul. No need to toss the damaged product. Repairing and re-using Big Agnes gear keeps our products out of the landfill and is cheaper than replacement options. Send in the gear and let us help!
Non-warranty issues such as damage due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper care may be repaired at a reasonable charge. We will repair any item covered under warranty free of charge. Please include a completed RETURN FORM when returning product to Big Agnes for repair. Products returned for repair must be clean and free of debris. Repairs will be assessed on an individual basis and the customer will be contacted regarding any repairs or charges.
Returns and Exchanges
Products that are new and unused must be returned with a receipt to the place of purchase. Products sent to Big Agnes for exchange must also be accompanied by a copy of the original receipt. Please include a completed RETURN FORM when returning product to Big Agnes. We recommend that you insure and include delivery confirmation on all packages sent to Big Agnes. We are not responsible for lost packages. After we receive and evaluate your return we will contact you with any questions or repair costs. Note any time constraints on your return form and we will do our best to accommodate you. Please include any other pertinent information that may help us process your return more efficiently.
